Tiziano Villa is located in the southern area of Pudong, very close to the Kangqiao Industry zone. It was completed in 2004 and developed by one of the most famous real estate developer called Vanke. Tiziano is a pure villa compound and offers 165 freestanding villas. All the villas belong to individual landlords, so each unit has its own decorations.
