Lakeville Regency was completed in late 2005 and it is the 2nd phase of the Lakeville compounds. It is situated in Xintiandi, the 5-star area in the city, surrounded with fine restaurants, cafes and luxury shopping malls. The compound consists of 17 colonial style buildings offering 645 units in total.
