Woodfield Park is the newest compound in Puxin International School area consisting of apartments and villas. It was completed in early 2019. The compound offers 208 apartments and villas in total, all the apartments & villas are renovated by the developer before they are sold to the individual landlords. The size of apartments start from 130sqm while villas start from 190sqm onwards and each villa comes with a basement which is at least 100sqm. Woodfield Park has two different phases, phase I has been completed and handed over to the residents and phase II will be ready in June 2020.
